These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and j8ph9 ("j8ph9," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the j8ph9 online casino platform available at https://j8ph9.cam, including all associated services, games, promotions, and customer support functions.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the j8ph9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the j8ph9 platform.

These Terms should be read together with the j8ph9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and j8ph9.

It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. j8ph9 does not accept registrations from persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on j8ph9. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts associated with the same individual, along with forfeiture of any balances accumulated through the use of multiple accounts.

2.4 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

• Registration is free of charge. j8ph9 does not charge account creation or maintenance fees.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• Corporate entities, trusts, and organizations may not register player accounts.
• j8ph9 employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts.

3.1 Know Your Customer Requirements. j8ph9 is required to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. KYC verification must be completed before j8ph9 processes any withdrawal request from your account.

3.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Passport (Philippine or foreign, with Philippine residency proof)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)

3.3 Source of Funds. j8ph9 may additionally request documentation to establish your source of funds, particularly for high-volume transactions. This may include bank statements, GCash transaction history, or employment documentation. j8ph9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.

3.4 Data Handling. All KYC documents submitted to j8ph9 are handled in accordance with the j8ph9 Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Documents are used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.

4.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j8ph9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. You agree to notify j8ph9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. j8ph9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or report the breach in a timely manner.

4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your j8ph9 account, whether or not you authorized that activity. j8ph9 treats all transactions made using your account credentials as having been made by you, unless you have reported a security incident prior to those transactions occurring.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. j8ph9 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) online banking, Banco de Oro (BDO) online banking, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions on the j8ph9 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). j8ph9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on j8ph9 is ₱100.00 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the j8ph9 cashier section.

5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your j8ph9 account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) banking business days to be credited, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. j8ph9 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.4 Lawful Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your j8ph9 account originate from lawful sources and are not connected to any form of money laundering, criminal activity, or fraudulent conduct. Any deposit suspected to originate from unlawful sources will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

5.5 No Credit Facilities. j8ph9 does not offer credit facilities, loan arrangements, or allow players to wager on credit. You may only wager funds that have been successfully deposited and credited to your j8ph9 account balance.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play on j8ph9 but are not eligible to withdraw until identity verification is complete.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of each method. j8ph9 reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative methods where necessary, provided that the alternative method is available to you.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time. Verified withdrawal requests are processed by j8ph9 within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) banking business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal Amount. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.00 (five hundred Philippine Pesos). Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification. j8ph9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where the player's account activity presents indicators of unusual behavior. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by j8ph9 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time each promotion is offered. These Terms constitute the general framework for all j8ph9 promotions; specific promotion pages will contain additional terms that apply to individual offers.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded on j8ph9 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or, where stated, to both the deposit and bonus amounts combined. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly disclosed in the promotion's specific terms.

7.3 Bonus Restrictions. Bonuses on j8ph9 are:

• Non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of wagering requirement completion
• Available to one account per person, household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated
• Available to eligible players only; j8ph9 may exclude specific player segments from specific promotions at its sole discretion
• Subject to maximum bet restrictions while bonus wagering is in progress — bets exceeding the stated maximum will not count toward wagering requirements

7.4 Bonus Abuse. j8ph9 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to minimize risk while completing wagering requirements ("bonus laundering"), or any systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will forfeit all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may have their account suspended.

8.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during active gameplay, j8ph9 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return applicable stakes to the player's account balance. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j8ph9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where criminal conduct is involved:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with j8ph9
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to j8ph9

11.1 Ownership. 12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, j8ph9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the j8ph9 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

12.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, j8ph9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the j8ph9 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your j8ph9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Force Majeure. j8ph9 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, PAGCOR regulatory actions, or third-party payment provider failures.

13.1 Right to Amend. j8ph9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be notified to registered players via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except where amendments are required urgently due to regulatory changes or security considerations, in which case they may take effect immediately.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the j8ph9 platform after amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the j8ph9 platform and may request account closure via customer support.

13.3 Version History. The current effective version of these Terms is always accessible at https://j8ph9.cam/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Regulatory Oversight. The j8ph9 platform operates under a compliance framework aligned with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory matters concerning the j8ph9 platform may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with its established procedures.

14.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with j8ph9 informally by contacting our customer support team. j8ph9 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

14.4 Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

14.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
